HYPE Wayne County (Helping Young Professionals Engage) is excited to announce a new incentive program called “It’s Worth the HYPE” to help increase engagement in young professionals (21-40).

Young professionals will receive points based on various community opportunities such as attending HYPE or other Chamber meetings, serving on non-profit boards, and volunteering throughout the community. The points will be accumulated through the end of the year and may be redeemed for rewards upon reaching certain levels.

Businesses are encouraged to have their young professionals participate in this program, even if they are not yet affiliated with HYPE Wayne County. This is a great way to reward employees who are investing in their community outside of their typical workday.

Pictures AND/OR proof of participation are required for points to be credited to the account. Young professionals who choose to participate may track their points here. Participants will be emailed regularly about opportunities to redeem points.

This program will encourage young professionals to become more involved in our community. It’s a great reward system for those that are already doing incredible work and will hopefully increase participation and involvement.
